NIMPE partners starts “The Hub for exchange of music innovation” (HEMI)
The Czech, Greek, Hungarian, Polish and Slovenian members of the AISBL Fete Europeenne de la Musique and partners of the ASBL European Live Music Association are among the consortium organizations that won a Creative Europe Culture Sub-programme ‘Support for European cooperation projects’ 2019 EACEA-34-2018 – Larger scale cooperation projects (COOP2) !
HEMI – (Hub for the Exchange of Music Innovation in Central and Southeastern Europe) is a Cluster based Music consortium that includes 10 partners from 9 countries: Technopolis City of Athens (the lead partner, from Greece), Password Production (North Macedonia) Exit Festival (Serbia) SoundCzech (Czech Republic) Majdnem Híres Rocksuli (Hungary) Music Estonia (Estonia) Krakowskie Biuro Festiwalowe (Poland) Tak Brzmi Miasto (Poland) Mastering the Music Business (Romania) Sigic (Slovenia).
Aiming to enhance collaboration between professionals of the region, the idea of HEMI was nurtured during PIN Music Conference 2017 when #Password Productions, #MESOEvents (European Music Day Greece and http://www.athensmusicweek.gr) and Idea O.K. Training & Consulting envisioned innovative and sustainable models to support the professionalization and internationalization of the Music Professionals and artists of the Central and Southeastern European countries.
